    The category of main sterilization factor of ultraviolet sterilizer is highly ultraviolet ray, the category of killing microorganism is bacteria in air.

5. Scope of application

This product is used for air sterilization in hospital clinical operating room, treatment room, lab and the wards etc.

6. Installation method

1) Bottom case mounting

l Put the front box to be directed at the sunken hole of the bottom case, press the control panel and put it down with your hands. Make sure the end face of front box bottom appress the bottom case step in the process.

l Turn on another side, cover the flat gasket for 4 M4 screws which collocate with the product, and through the install notch which beside the hole of  the bottom case back and via hole of front box, then, cover the flat gaskets,nut separately and screw the nuts tightly with wrench.

2) Trundle installation

l Separately screw 4 trundles collocate with the product into the screwed holes of 4 angles from bottom case back size.Use wrench screw the thread tightly and adjust the height of trundles ,make sure they are on the same level.

3) UV lamp installation

l Unscrew the door lock, open the light box door, put out the lamp holder and stay in a good place for installing the UV lamp.

l Put out 2 UV lamps which collate with the product, take down the preservative, install separately. Use your hands to hold 2 plastic pipe heads on both ends, put the lamp base to insert the lamp holder slot, screw the lamp 90°. Installation finish.

Specific warnings

In the product installation and adust the lamp direction during using, if you want the lamp screw down, you must hold the lamp holder with your right hand, and left hand press the button, let the lamp down slowly, otherwise, it will destroy the product. Resulting from the failure does not belong to the warranty scope.

Don't press down the button without holding the lamp holder!
